Back home...exhilarated and certified!

I'm back in Ireland a little over 24 hours now, recovering from jet lag and nurturing the inspiration, love, support and energy I shared with 14 other coachings during our 5 days in Manitou Springs, Colorado.

I'll have more to say about this later, but I am so filled with gratitude for this amazing experience and wanted to send a heartfelt "Thank you" to all of you who were in Colorado: Michelle, Jo, Joanie, Rhonda, Ginny, Pat Oz, Patricia, Deb, Judy, Karen, Corrie, C A, Diane, and of course Helene who demonstrated the most excellent retreat leading skills imaginable! Some of you can be seen here, munching on cookies as we prepared for our Earth Day Flag photoshoot!
After our retreat - and my Retreat Coach Certification ceremony (which was held in the Land of Oz thanks to Coach C A Crossman) - I went directly to Dallas to be with my daughter en route home. When she met me at the airport she told me I glowed...that I was radiating energy and serenity - which is exactly how I felt inside.

For women, with their busy lives and complex roles, a retreat is an absolute necessity and not a luxury as Coach Judy has written below. There are untold, unique gifts that await you, the most powerful of which is meeting yourSelf. I must add, though, the experience of going on retreat with 14 other retreat coaches belongs in a category unto itself!

Thank you again all you wonderful, wise women!
